Q: What if a product is out of stock?
A: Out-of-stock items will be clearly labeled. You can contact us anytime for restock updates.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it for you.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Report the issue within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please note: customized or clearance items may not be returnable unless damaged or defective.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes — exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
For other changes, you may return the item and place a new order.
